HERC's survey is to assess service for breast cancer survivors

To be eligible to participants in the Cancer Survivors group you must be:

• 40 years & over
• Reside in 94124 zip code
• Have been previously diagnosed with breast cancer

The structure group will require about 1/2 hour.

CIRCLE OF WOMEN's "Celebration of Cancer Survivors"

CIRCLE OF WOMEN is important because:

• learning from each other
• giving support to each other
• helping each other to realize there is a Life after cancer
