HERC's survey is to assess the medical services for breast cancer survivors in 94124 zip code
To be eligible to participants in the Cancer Survivors group you must be:
- 40 years & over
- Reside in 94124 zip code
- Have been previously diagnosed with breast cancer
- The structure group will require about 1/2 hour
- Fill out the short questionnaire and send -->
