- In our mission to make Bayview Hunters Point a healthier place for all, HERC addresses health issues in a variety of ways, including advocacy.
- We must often call attention to practices and policies that affect our community’s well-being.
- We encourage positive developments, such as the closure of older, more polluting power plants. We oppose harmful activities, such as potential harm from spraying to exterminate the light brown apple moth.
