Asthma Camp
Free day camps: teaching the essentials of asthma management

School Based Project
The School Based Project is a 4-6 week asthma management program for children grades K - 5 with asthma or asthma-like symptoms.
Adult Workshops
Workshops for adult asthmatics and parent/ guardian of asthmatics
HERC's programs are tailored for both one-on-one and group settings.
Available by appointment
Volunteer Program
Asthma Internship Program prepares volunteers to become interns, teaching the asthma curriculum
in local schools.
the Wellness Center
The Wellness center offers a wide range of free services to suppliment your primary provider's advice.
Your total health is our goal — Nutrition, Tai Chi, Acupuncture
Resource Center Tours
The HERC Asthma Resource Center welcomes school tours of our facitlity.

Presentations
Schools, community-based organizations, and health fairs may request an informational presentation regarding asthma by one of the HERC staff .
The Asthma Walk
Once a year Herc coordinates an asthma walk in BVHP. Anyone may join in and sponsorships are welcome.
